Dr. Eric Thompson is a native of Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Dr. Eric graduated from Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Florida. He obtained his Associate of Science degree from Georgia Military College and his Bachelor of Science in Health from the University of North Florida. Dr. Eric was fortunate enough to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida right here in his home state where he obtained his doctorate degree in the art, science and philosophy that is Chiropractic. Dr. Eric has a unique passion for his profession and that passion is illuminated through his treatment of his patients. He has been helping people live pain free while drug free since 2007
Dr. Tina Warren
Dr Tina Warren is an Orange Park local, having graduated Orange Park High School in 1989. She attended University of Florida on a National Merit Scholarship, studying Greek and Latin Language in addition to medical school prerequisites, completing her Bachelor of Arts in 1993. She followed her lifelong dream of becoming a doctor, pursuing her doctorate education at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic in 1997, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy. She returned home to Florida to be with family and began practicing in 1998.
Dr Warren is concerned with the complete picture of health in her patients and her world, utilizing a variety of techniques to assist patients of all ages in improving wellness. Outside of the office, Dr Warren has a special interest in environmental concerns, and is slowly turning her home into an urban food forest. She has one son, an honors student and Eagle Scout, as well as a bonus daughter and son, his older siblings.
Dr. Lundy Tacti
Dr. Lundy Tacti is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician who grew up in Jacksonville and attended Nease High School. After graduation, he continued his education at the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology along with MedEx certifications for Cervical and Lumbar Spinal Rehabilitation. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he continued his training at Palmer Chiropractic College where he earned his Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Lundy believes in a functional approach to care and implements myofascial release techniques combined with chiropractic manipulation to optimize results. His patient base consists of amateur and pro golfers, runners, motor vehicle accidents, TMD (also known as TMJ) as well as acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Lundy is well respected among the area's personal injury attorneys due to his extensive knowledge relating to auto accident treatment. His favorite things to do are spending time with his wife and 2 kids and watching Gator Football!
Melanie Jordan, PT
Melanie Jordan, our physical therapist, is from the UK and trained at the University of East Anglia. She worked extensively in orthopedics, pediatrics, and neurology in the UK before moving to the United States, where she obtained her master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Melanie has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1995, and licensed in the USA since 2016. She is married with three kids and a crazy dog, and enjoys cooking, exercising and music.

Dr. Tracy Gentry was born and raised in Port Orange, FL. Growing up Dr. Tracy was an active child, and was involved in many sports. She grew up going to the Chiropractor, which kept her healthy and injury free for most of her sports career. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Warner University, where she was also on a scholarship to play on their basketball team. She graduated, cum laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic in her hometown of Port Orange, FL, where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine in 2018. Dr. Tracy worked in Orange Park and on the west side of Jacksonville before starting at Bartram Family Chiropractic.
Dr. Tracy is trained and has experience in the treatment of many neuromuscular conditions, rehabilitative exercises, motor vehicle accident injuries, and Diversified Technique. Dr. Tracy enjoys treating all ages, ranging from newborns to geriatrics to help them sustain and restore optimal health. She is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
When Dr. Tracy is not working she enjoys going to the beach or springs, kayaking/paddle boarding, traveling, sporting events, outdoor activities, and spending time with her 2 dogs, her boxer, Khloe and husky, Luna.
